Air Fryer Crispy Roasted Pork Belly Recipe (Thịt Heo Quay)

This was my first time making this! The skin was crispy and meat was flavorful and juicy. Let me know how yours turns out, or what I should do differently. I’m still experimenting, but we thought this one came out pretty tasty.

If you don’t have an air fryer, I’ve listed the cooking time and temp at the bottom 🙂

Tuscan Mozzarella Chicken

Ingredients:

  • garlic cloves (crushed or minced)
  • ~4 oz jar of sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 lb chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1 cup of heavy cream (can be substituted with half & half, almond milk, or other)
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • mushrooms
  • fresh basil
  • crushed red pepper
  • paprika
  • salt & pepper

Instructions:

  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil from the jar of sun-dried tomatoes in a pan
  • Sauté the sun-dried tomatoes (drained) and garlic for about a minute
  • Remove sun-dried tomatoes and add chicken tenders and mushrooms
  • Sprinkle salt and paprika over the chicken and mushrooms
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes back into the pan
  • Add cream and mozzarella cheese
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally
  • If the sauce is too thin, add more cheese
  • Add fresh basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, to taste

Optional: Can be served with cooked pasta, mixed in, or with any sides.

Vietnamese Braised Pork Recipe (Thịt Kho)

I’m just going to keep this description short since I usually skip over this when I’m searching for other recipes. Here’s how I currently make Vietnamese Braised Pork / Thịt Kho. I know there are lots of different ways to make it, but this is our favorite way so far. If you have any recommendations or suggestions, or if you see any mistakes, please let me know! I’m constantly tweaking the recipes to every dish we make. For those that already know how to make this, I’d love to know what you do differently 🙂
