How to Preserve an Open Bottle of Wine

Don’t let your bottle of wine turn into vinegar! If you’re like me, I can’t ever finish an entire bottle in one sitting. I usually open a bottle when I have company over, or if I’m hosting a get together with a charcuterie board. Sometimes, I make myself a small charcuterie plate when I’m alone, so most of the bottle will go to waste. Whenever I’m home and in the mood to cook, I just end up using the leftover wine for cooking. I’ve always wanted to know how to preserve an open bottle of wine, to keep it fresh, as long as possible!

In order to seal and preserve my leftover wine, I tried out the Wine Vacuum Sealer that was sent to me by i-Blason / Mumba. It’s the most simple, convenient and inexpensive way to keep wine from rapidly oxidizing. It’s so easy to use! You only have to put the wine seal plug onto the bottle, attach the vacuum, push the button, and that’s all there is to it! The vacuum removes the air in under a minute. It extends the life of opened wine bottles by removing all of the oxygen from the bottle. This will help the wine last for up to two weeks longer!

If you’re looking for a light, compact, and stylish wine preserver, this is it! I just love the design and look of the Mumba Wine Vacuum Sealer. It’s also the perfect gift for wine lovers and wine enthusiasts! It comes with a cable to charge the lithium battery, and four re-usable wood-grained vacuum stoppers.
